Online Web Cash Review – Old Scam, New Name

Online Web Cash

Online Web Cash Review

Name: Online Web Cash

Website: http://www.onlinewebcash.com

Price: FREE to sign-up

Online Web Cash is a scam that doesn’t even take the time to be clever about it. This Online Web Cash review will explain to you why you should be running for the hills every time you see a program like this. Read on!

Program Overview

I’m warning you now, this review is going to be short and to the point. Normally, I provide a thorough explanation of a program but this time I am not going to.

Why is that?

Well, there really isn’t a program at Online Web Cash. You’re probably pretty confused at this point. Allow me to explain:

What is a “Doorway Site?”

Online Web Cash is simply a doorway site. That means the owner of the site will try to get you to sign-up with other programs through their site. He/she is affiliated with these other programs, so they will collect commission for referring you. The site itself does not provide any information that can help you, it simply refers you to somebody else and allows the owner to collect their paycheck.

Further explanation…

If you try to register with Online Web Cash, you will navigate to a page named “The Free Bucket.”

The Free Bucket

What is The Free Bucket?

From the looks of it, The Free Bucket is yet another doorway site. There is a list of offers that will take you to even more programs. Are these other programs scams? I assume so.

You can’t access these programs without first registering with The Free Bucket. This would require more personal information from yourself. I do not recommend trying any of these. You need to be very careful about giving away your personal information.

What is a “Duplicate Scam” Site?

This is where the scam becomes apparent. A duplicate scam site is best summed up with pictures:

Duplicate Scam Sites

I’m Seeing Double!

As you can see, in the above picture, Online Web Cash has the exact same content as “Online Cash Source.” Everything about these two sites is identical, except for the name. The same content, pictures, Photoshopped checks, testimonials… EVERYTHING is identical.

This is often the case with doorway sites. Somebody stumbles upon a formula that successfully dupes people out of their hard earned money, and this formula is repeated and repeated and repeated.

People are looking for “get rich quick” schemes. Overnight success does not exist. Working online is still working. The people that are successful work harder than the people who are less successful.

The owners of these duplicate scam sites are just affiliates looking for a quick buck. They steal content from, or are given access to a doorway site that allows them to plug in their own affiliate links. They’re hoping this will give them the same amount of income as somebody who actually works really hard on their site.

Note: This method will not result in much money. Duplicated content is penalized by Google. So if you own and operate a duplicate site, you will not rank in Google. This means you would have to advertise your site all over the place, but most people can recognize scams. You’re advertising efforts would be in vain. You would be SOL.

Changing Face

…but not saving face.

Lately, I’ve noticed that a lot of these duplicate sites are changing their appearance. They will do this periodically, because people begin to recognize the scams. They change their appearance in the hopes of squeezing even more money from the same income machine.

If they applied this type of work ethic to creating a genuine program, I would definitely be able to trust it. These people work awfully hard not to work, and they will eventually fail.

The Final Word…

Scam

Online Web Cash is an incredibly translucent scam. It isn’t even a program, it is simply a doorway page. It will not teach you how to make money, it will simply make more money for the scam artist that owns it. It is important for you to know what these “duplicate scam” sites look like, so you can avoid all of them in the future.

In fact, if you see a site like this, TELL ME! I will add it to the ever growing list of scams.

Note: You do not have to be a scam artist to make money with Affiliate Marketing.

If you are looking for a program that will actually teach you how to make money online, look no further than My #1 Recommendation. It’s a program that offers a free starter membership. This “try before you buy” platform allows you to get a feel for the program and decide if it’s right for you. Read my full review of the program for more information!

  1. It’s incredible what people are ready to do for some money. There was an era when those scam websites were made with Word. I notice that most of them now invest in pro design to fool people better. Thanks for this review !

    • That’s right, they have to keep updating the same ol’ scam! It’s absolutely despicable! Thank you for the feedback!

      Derek

  2. Thanks for the review I could of use this review before I join WA. It is very informative and more people needs to read this site.

    • I haven’t heard of fourcorners alliance group, but I will add it to my list of products to review! Stay tuned, I should get to that before the week is up.

    • I’m not 100% positive, but I’m sure that it is. However, Online Web Cash is a blatant scam. I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. You should check out any of the programs under my trusted tab.

  3. Hey,i wanted to ask you one question. Do you know something about SFI? I am working on it for about 2 and a half months, and ofc i heaven’t made some money because it is not ” get rich quickly” job,and it needs work ofc,but i wanted to ask you do you think that SFI is a scam and have you had some expirience with it? Tx for the feedback

    • Hello Nemanja,

I do not have any personal experience with SFI, but I will add it to my list of programs to review. Watch for that review in the future. I did some quick research. It’s definitely an MLM (not necessarily a bad thing – in my opinion), and it appears to be a pyramid scheme, but I won’t know for sure until I get a look inside. I don’t like the sound of the points system, but I may change my opinion once I’ve learned more.

How has your experience with SFI been? Can you dish any dirt that I could use in a review? Is there anything about the company that concerns you? I’d love to get your feedback on the program before I buy into it!

It’s not uncommon for 3-5 months (of hard work) to pass before you make a dime online, so don’t let that discourage you!

      Get back to me!

  4. Hey Derek
Thanks for this review. Thankfully some little voice told me to check this out before I parted with any money! I rang the listed phone number and of course it just cuts out! The worst thing is that this system was promoted at a ‘news’ site with a lovely photo of a ‘Melissa’ somebody (mythical I suppose!) all smiley and happy about how much money she had made! It is so hard to pick the genuine stuff from the scammers! I have found a couple of sites that are somewhat legit – SFI isn’t too bad, tho I am yet to make any money from it. I don’t see much in the way of a legitimate business, although it doesn’t seem to be a scam. Have you check STIFORP? It looks OK, but obviously I am somewhat skeptical. Could you have a look at it and see what you think? From what I can see, it is similar to SFI in that it makes money by pulling thousands of people in. Once again, doesn’t look like much in the way of a ‘real’ business. Might be safer to stick to Amazon and eBay!!! Cheers and keep up the good work

    • Hey there Elsie!

I was wondering why there was so much buzz surrounding Online Web Cash. It’s such a blatant scam, I couldn’t figure out why it was becoming so popular. I should probably do a review of that “news” site, sounds like another scam.

SFI is on my list of programs to review in the future. When you say that it doesn’t seem much like a legitimate business, do you mean they focus primarily on recruitment as opposed to their product (that’s an indication of a pyramid scheme). Can you tell me anything about the program? How has your overall experience with it been?

I haven’t checked out STIFORP, but I will gladly add it to my growing list (right behind SFI). Stay tuned for that review!

Thank you for reading and for the feedback!

      Derek

      • I saw the “news designed” site elsie talked about.

The design really gives you the real feel, but when i look at the address it’s kinda strange and i tried to tap on “home” or whatever button but it doesn’t redirect to anywhere

        • Thank you for the link David!

I checked it out and you’re right, it does look real. However, there is no way that is a legitimate news source. Their links to Online Web Cash are broken, but when you hover over them, they appear to have been affiliate links. I’m guessing this “news source” was collecting commission on everyone they got to sign up. The comments are rather concerning. It’s easy enough to fake these comments (there are tons of programs that pay people to post comments. This is not a legitimate source of income btw), but most people won’t realize that when they are reading the article.

I doubt “Melissa Johnson” is a real person. They don’t even provide a link to her blog when they mention it. The whole thing seems rather fishy to me. I may look into this further in the future.

          Thank you again!

          Derek

  5. What do you know about Affilorama? I’m interested. How do you compare them with WA?

    • Aloha Greg!

I was glad to see that you decided to join me over at Wealthy Affiliate! How are you liking it so far?

I do have a review of Affilorama that you can find here. It’s a good program and I trust it, but nothing compares to Wealthy Affiliate. There is some outdated information within Affilorama and a beginner wouldn’t know to avoid this potentially harmful information. Affilorama also comes with upsells that you should avoid (if they aren’t willing to include everything in the initial price, they lose points in my book because it makes them seem more interested in making money than helping people).

The training, at Wealthy Affiliate, is rock solid and updated regularly (This is important in the ever changing landscape of the Internet). Beyond this training is the community, which provides even more valuable information when you begin to network with fellow members (I encourage you to do this now that you are a member). The community is the greatest aspect of Wealthy Affiliate, and the reason that I promote it above all other programs. When you have a network of like-minded individuals, than you have a pool of information that you can turn to if you need help. This is huge!

If money is a concern, Wealthy Affiliate is cheaper than Affilorama and provides much more to it’s members.

Check out my Affilorama review if you want more information on that program. Stay in touch over at Wealthy Affiliate! Learn lots, because if I need help in the future, I will turn to my network (which you are now a part of).

  6. Well, I have just read through all of this and am I glad I found it. I’ve always thought that I was pretty computer savvy and stayed well away from scam sights, but sorry to say I fell for this one. Like one of your other posters the information looked as though it came from a legitimate site and had not only a recommendation from the lady called Melissa, but loads of positive reviews.
The ‘few pounds’ Melissa said she put into it was actually £250 they wanted. Like an idiot I paid it and only started to get suspicious when I got a phone call from a lady called Amy Wright, urging me to double my investment, followed by an email that wants a whole load of personal information from me including a photocopy of the front and back of my debit card that I used to make the deposit! Needless to say I will not be obliging but I feel sick that I have already paid these people £250 which I guess I’ve lost and that I was stupid enough to fall for the scam. Is there anybody that I can report this too, and maybe get my money back, or have I just made a very expensive error of judgment?

    • Hello Diane,

I checked out that “news” site, and it is definitely affiliated with Online Web Cash. So much for journalistic integrity.

As far as the refund goes, I was unable to find any information regarding Online Web Cash’ refund policy. I would try contacting your bank and see what they can do!

      I hope that this helps.

      Derek

    • Hello Elizabeth,

I’m not sure if it is, but I know it’s a scam no matter where you live :-P. Trust me, you are better off avoiding this program altogether.

      Derek

  7. Hello Derek,

I was about to sign up for my son to earn some money for his University tuition fee. But then I thought I should google first, because I don’t think Facebook actually has online jobs from home, is it? Anyway, thanks God, I found your site and read all the acticles… Why don’t you post your site on Facebook and CNN like the OnlineCashSource’s add to warning million of people about this scams? They even have CNN with their site.
Thanks for your excellent site and your good heart Your times and your honesty works will pay off.

    • Hello Morebello,

I’m glad that I could be of service to you. There are ways to make money utilizing Facebook, but no real ways to be paid by Facebook. They have the CNN logo, but CNN doesn’t actually endorse the program. CNN has simply run stories regarding making money online.

      Thank you for the feedback!

      Derek

  8. I was starting to seriously look at this money making machine. So without looking at the previous comments on this site, I decided to search for reviews on this. Found this site right up with info that has prevented me loosing my cash and time. Thanks Derek for the review on that scam. Also thanks for everyone else’s comments! Cheers

  9. Just wanted to thank you for the time and effort you put in to protect people you don’t even know.

That is truly chivalrous, and inspiring. Keep up the amazing work.

    • Thank you Ashly,

If your content isn’t helping people, than it serves no purpose. I appreciate your comment. I keep writing if you keep reading, deal?

      Derek

  10. Thanks Derek for your guidance, i was almost starting with OnlineWebcash, only to stop after my search on google, then finally got your website.
I was confused as this scam was ” a trusted web according to Scamadviser!”.
    Thank you for the assistance.

  11. Thank you so much for your website!! I almost signed up with the OnlineWebCash but I had that gut feeling to check out things first on it. I found your website and warnings. I am glad that I did. Money is never that easy to make and it seemed to good to be true. So thank you again for doing what you do.
    Theresa

  12. Can you check out these websites and let me know if they are scams? jobrize.com and weeklyfixpay.com are both websites that give you a link to generate for them on your social media sites and etc and when you register they claim you can cash out at $300. It’s not true. When you go to cash out they tell you do a survey, after that another, and to just get to the point, you never get the money.

    • Thank you for the tip Natalie! I will add both of those programs to my list of programs to review. Stay tuned for those reviews in the near future! Thank you for reading!

      Derek
