Name: My Online Business Empire
Website: http://www.myonlinebusinessempire.com
Price: $49 + $19 per month + “upsells”
Owner: Matt Loyd
Program Overview:
My Online Business Empire (MOBE) is another pyramid SCAM! This review details what the system involves and what Matt Loyd and the team at MOBE are offering members. Some people are being suckered out of thousands of dollars.
The program involves you buying in so that you have the “right” to sell the same product to others. Can you see through the scheme?
You will not be taught how to build a website in a niche that interests you. You are not guided through the process of promoting your own local business. Instead, you are told to buy more stuff and then taught how to sell other people into the system.
MOBE is a Multi-Level-Marketing (MLM) Scheme, in other words a pyramid scheme. You have to pay for the very products that you then go on to sell. The initial $49 is very deceptive, because in order to start promoting the product you have to pay $1997. Nearly two grand and that is just the first upsell.
If you are interested in continuing to dupe others, you will need to purchase more products in order to sell them. You will earn %90 commission on the following products if you purchase them first:
- Done for You Emails – $97 per month
- MOBE Elit Earners – $97 per month
- Inner Circle Membership – $97 per month
- Funded Proposal – $194
- OPT (Outsourcing) Formula – $194
- My Email Marketing Empire – $194
- Affiliate Bonus Domination – $291
There are seven different products that you can earn %90 commission on and a lot of expensive products that you can earn %50 from. If you were to invest in the entire program, it would cost you $310 per month and $24,000. That is not a typo. I urge you to save your money and avoid this blatant scam.
The support system over at My Online Business Empire is abysmal. There is practically ZERO support offered. Don’t get me wrong, there is a support forum… it just happens to be on Facebook. So a company utilizes a free social network as opposed to investing time and money into their own support channels? SCAM!
Pros and Cons:
Pros:
- Decent training is available.
- The commissions are high.
Cons:
- There are too many “upsells” within the system.
- Poor support and almost no “community”.
- It feels as if you are buying products just to resell them.
- The products are too expensive.
- The system is built on the backs of gurus with big lists.
- There is too little attention given to actually creating a business.
- It’s a complete and utter SCAM!
The Final Word:
This is just another scam that is feeding on people’s desire to make money online. You have to purchase the program in order to promote it to others. The more products you purchase the more you can promote. There is no real emphasis on creating a business empire, just reselling the MOBE program. This is false advertising as far as I’m concerned.
You are likely on this page now because someone is prompting you to buy into MOBE. Consider yourself lucky, you now know it’s a scam. Run for the hills and never buy into this blatant scheme.
Not all programs are as soulless as MOBE. If you are interested in making money online, I would suggest looking into affiliate marketing. For my complete review of Wealthy Affiliate (my number one trusted program) click here.

It’s nice to read your review about My Online Business Empire which is indeed a scam. Tell your readers who have paid MOBE to contact their credit card company to request a refund.
Thanks;
Julie
I always suggest to people that if they are being ignored by support, they should contact their credit card companies. I’ve heard from many people that joined MOBE that the site protocols make it tough to receive a refund. So contacting credit card companies may be the only way.
Thanks for the feedback!

Hi! Quick question that’s entirely off topic. Do you know how to make your site mobile friendly?
My site looks weird when browsing from my iphone4.
I’m trying to find a template or plugin that might be able
to correct this problem. If you have any recommendations, please
share. Many thanks!
Hello Jon,
Basic magazine themes are generally mobile friendly.
You can try WPtouch. A nifty WordPress plugin.
I hope this helps!

Hi Derek, hope this message finds you well. I would like to connect over the phone with you. Been looking on the affiliate marketing several years and as you said, many scams out there. Now I like to connect with folks over LinkedIn first and get to know them before I jump into any program/training. Many folks hide behind the computer and email. I know you are real an honest guy based on the way you write your content. Would like to connect and have a chat over the phone. You have my email in the post form, let’s connect. Thanks and looking forward.
